payment after sketch, i am always happy to discuss a payment plan on an individual basis if you are on a budget; customers are still required to pay the full price, but not in one singular transaction if they are unable.
at the moment, my art is not available for commercial use.
major changes must be requested during the sketch phase; i can only promise minor edits to a completed piece.
refunds depend on individual cases; i will, however, as a general guideline only partially refund if the commission is already at least 50% completed.
i have a right to decline or cancel & subsequently refund any order, based on client interaction, inappropriate requests, unreasonable deadlines or for personal reasons.
turnaround times vary, i do not usually exceed 1 month after sending the sketch.
as always, i'm happy to send progress pictures or updates if explicitly asked!
